Architectonical study and project of building permission of a family house which provides the owner with high living comfort but low operating costs - especially the energetic ones

Abstract:

Následující práce zhotovuje projektovou dokumentaci ke stavebnímu povolení nízkoenergetického rodinného domu, který maximálně využívá kompletního cihlového systému Porotherm. Dům je konstrukčně a architektonicky navržen tak, aby splňoval dnešní standarty pro moderní bydlení, ale zároveň jeho architektonický vzhled nenarušoval venkovské prostředí, naopak jej inovoval a reprezentoval dnešní dobu. Tato práce zhodnocuje výpočtem jeho tepelněizolační vlastnosti v průkazu energetické náročnosti budovy. V neposlední řadě zhodnocuje předpokládané finanční náklady při provozu a užívání této stavby.

Abstract:

The following thesis contains project documentation for the building permit of a low-energy family house, which maximizes the potential of the Porotherm complete brick system. The house is structurally and architecturally designed to meet today's standards of modern living. Its architectural design does not interfere with the rural environment; on the contrary, it innovates it and represents the present time. The energy performance certificate, which evaluates by a calculation the thermal-insulation properties of the building, is also part of this thesis. Finally, it assesses the financial estimates for the operation and use of the building.
