Cílem této diplomové práce je racionalizace procesu balení stírátek ve společnosti TNS SERVIS s. r. o. V teoretické části je nejdříve představeno průmyslové inženýrství, jeho přínosy a trendy. The aim of this thesis is a rationalization of a packing process of wiper blades in the company TNS SERVIS s. r. o. The theoretical part deals with industrial engineering, its benefits and trends.
