Tématem bakalářské práce je volba starosty v České a Slovenské republice. V prvé řadě se zabývá právní úpravou úřadu starosty obce České i Slovenské republiky a způsobem jeho volby. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována navrhovaným změnám volby starosty obce v České republice souvisejících se změnami některých zákonů. The theme of the bachelor thesis is the election of Mayor in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic. It deals with the legislation of Mayor in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, and especially with the way of his election.
