Abstract:
Předmětem diplomové práce: "Platební služby a platební prostředky po roce 2009" je rozbor právní úpravy týkající se této oblasti. První část je zaměřena na vývoj právní úpravy platebního styku. V druhé části se zaměřuji na platební prostředky a konkrétní aspekty s nimi související. V práci také uvádím konkrétní příklady z obchodních podmínek bank působících v České republice.
Abstract:
The goal of the submitted thesis: "The Payment services and payment instrument after 2009" is to analyze the legislation in this field. The first part is focused on describing the historical development of legislation of payments. The second part describes payment instruments with their particular aspects.
