Proses and publicism of Josef Svatopluk Machar

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci se zabýváme analýzou, žánrovým roztříděním a shrnutím prozaické tvorby básníka a fejetonisty J. S. Machara. Věnujeme se veškeré próze JSM, konkrétněji se však zaměřujeme na jeho vzpomínková a fejetonistická díla, která tvořila významnější část autorovy prozaické tvorby. Zkoumáme záměry vzniku těchto děl, historické souvislosti, které Machar svými fejetony reflektoval i následné reakce, které tato díla vyvolala na společenské a politické scéně.

Abstract:

Based on analysis, genre classification and summary - this bachelor thesis deals with the prosaic output of poet and feuilletonist J. S. Machar. I´m concerned with the entire prose of JSM, however, his prose of reminiscence and feuilletons are investigated in the concrete, considering they created more remarkable part of author´s production. I´m perusing the intention of the author, historical background which was reflected in Machar´s feuilletons and reactions these feuilletons aroused on the political scene and in the public as well.
