Předmětem diplomové práce „Strategie rozvoje firmy“ je tvorba rozvojové strategie pro konkrétní podnik. Prvním krokem při tvorbě strategie rozvoje je stanovení poslání, vize a cílů podniku. Následně jsou provedeny externí a interní analýza, které odhalí nejvýznamnější faktory ovlivňující podnik jak zevnitř, tak z jeho vnějšího okolí.
