Stres a úzkost začínajících učitelů

Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá stresem a úzkostí začínajících učitelů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která obsahuje vývoj učitelského povolání, charakteristiku stresorů a popisuje emoce učitelů na začátku své profese. Praktická část obsahuje zkušenosti a rady učitelů v praxi.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with stress and anxiety of beginning teachers. The topis is divided into a theoretical part, which includes the development of the teaching profession, characteristics of stressors and describes the emotions of teachers at the beginning of their profession. The practical part includes the experiences and advice of teachers in practice.
