Glykovaný hemoglobin je využíván pro rutinní kontrolu koncentrace glukózy v krvi u pacientů s autoimunitním onemocněním diabetes mellitus. Jedná se o jedno z nejrozšířenějších onemocnění a je třeba tomuto onemocnění lépe porozumět. Řešením tohoto problému by mohla být kapilární zónové elektroforézy s fluorescenční detekcí. Glycan hemoglobin is used for routine monitoring of blood glucose concentration in patients with the autoimmune disease diabetes mellitus. This is one of the most prevalent diseases and there is a need to better understand this disease. Capillary zone electrophoresis with fluorescence detection could be a solution to this problem.
