Abstract:
Homoparentální rodičovství je jedním z témat legislativní změny usilujícím o zrovnoprávnění stejnopohlavních párů uzavírat manželství se všemi právy a povinnostmi, včetně výchovy dětí. Cílem bakalářské práce je představit možné způsoby utváření rodiny stejnopohlavních párů, včetně problémů a jejich kontextuálních souvislostí, které jsou s tím spojeny. Homoparental parenthood is one of the topics of legislative change striving to equalize same-sex couples with all rights and obligations, including the upbringing of children.
