Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce pojednává o modulaci mitochondriální bioenergetiky pomocí vlivu mastných kyselin s krátkým řetězcem (SCFA). V teoretické části je stručně popsána struktura mitochondrií a jejich funkce v buňkách. Následně jsou vysvětleny parametry mitochondriálního bioenergetického profilu a dále vliv SCFA na metabolismus nádorových buněk. Konec teoretické části je věnován správným zásadám in vitro …more
Abstract:
The main objective of this work is to analyze the effect of short chain fatty acids (SCFA) on modulating mitochondrial bioenergetics. The theoretical part describes the structure of mitochondria, steps of energy production, the parameters of mitochondrial bioenergetic profile, SCFA metabolism and their effect on tumor cells.
