New Building with Low Energy Consumption

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je řešení projektu dřevostavby pro stavební povolení a energetické hodnocení navržené stavby. V první teoretické části se bakalářská práce věnuje základní problematice domů s nízkou potřebou energie, následně seznamuje se základními pojmy, historií a vývojem tepelných požadavků na území České republiky. Druhá teoretická část popisuje základní pravidla pro navrhování a další informace nutné ke správnému návrhu nízkoenergetické budovy. Aplikační část bakalářské práce se zabývá návrhem konstrukčního systému, architektonického řešení, dispozičního řešení navrženého domu a tepelně technickým posouzením jednotlivých konstrukcí, s posouzením energetické náročnosti budovy jako celku. Stavba byla navržena jako jednopodlažní rodinný dům se šikmou sedlovou střechou. Dům je navržen na konkrétní parcelu na okraji města Cheb. Konstrukční systém stavby se skládá z dřevěné rámové konstrukce vyztužené pomocí fošen. Objekt je koncipován jako nízkoenergetický dům s vysokým komfortem bydlení pro čtyřčlennou rodinu. Výstupem bakalářské práce je architektonicko-konstrukční studie a projekt pro stavební povolení v omezeném rozsahu dle specifikace vedoucího práce.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to solve a project of low energy house with timber supporting structure for building permit and also an energy evaluation of the proposed building. First theoretical part deals with basic problems of houses with law heat demand and presents basic concepts, history and development of heating requirements in the Czech Republic. The second theoretical part describes basic design rules and other necessary information for the right low energy building design. The application part of this thesis contains a construction system design, an architectural design of the building and the thermal-technical assessment of individual constructions with an assessment of the energy performance of the building as a whole. The building was designed as a single-storey family house with a flat saddle roof. The house is placed in a particular plot on the edge of Cheb city. The construction system of the building consists of a timber frame structure reinforced with planks. The building is designed as a low-energy house with high comfort of living for a four family members. The output of this bachelor thesis is an architectural study and a project for a building permit according to the specification of this thesis supervisor.
