Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá organizační kulturou poskytování sociálních služeb v rámci Diakonie Českobratrské církve evangelické.V teoretické části je definována organizace, vztahy v organizaci a funkce managementu. Druhá kapitola se zabývá hodnotami. Popisuje, z jakých hodnot vychází sociální práce, sociální pracovníci a jaké typy sociálních pracovníků lze definovat. Třetí kapitola se soustředí zejména na všední dilemata sociálních pracovníků.Cílem praktické části je hledání společných hodnot pracovníků konkrétních služeb Diakonie ČCE. Výzkum se zabývá tím, jaké hodnoty mají pracovníci konkrétních služeb, co je motivuje k práci, jak spolupracují na dokumentaci, jak v praxi řeší všední dilemata sociální práce.V závěru diplomové práce jsou shrnuté poznatky že mezi sledovanými službami Diakonie ČCE nejsou žádné zásadní rozdíly, jsou si velmi podobné – pracovníci se řadí k filantropického typu,vyznávají stejné hodnoty, management je otevřený pro spolupráci s pracovníky v přímé práci. V pracovních postupech je obsažena dobrá praxe pracovníků v přímé práci pracovníci postupy dodržují.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis is focussed on the organizational culture of the social services provided within the Diaconia of the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren.In the theoretical part there are the organization, relations in the organization and management’s functions defined. Second chapter is concerned with values. There is a description from which values the social work and social workers come out and which types of the social workers we can define. Third chapter focuses especially on everyday dilemmas of social workers.The goal of the practical part is searching for common values of workers in concrete services of the Diaconia ECCB. The research examines which values have workers in concrete services, what motivates them for work, how they cooperate on the documentation and how they solve everyday dilemmas of the social work.These findings are summarized in the conclusion: There are no crucial differences among monitored services of the Diaconia ECCB, they are very similar – workers can be count to the philanthropic type, they profess the same values, management is opened for cooperation with workers in direct care. Good experience of workers in direct care is involved in working procedures, workers follow the procedures.
