The role of photography in gallery institution DOX - Centre for Contemporay Art
Abstract:
Cílem práce je vytyčit hranice vnímání média fotografie uvnitř fungující galerijní instituce a nahlédnout tak na fotografii jako na její nedílnou součást a elementární faktor. Referenční hodnota fotografie je ve vztahu k času základním atributem, umožňujícím vjem uměleckého díla i bez jeho fyzické přítomnosti a umožňuje tak ve společnosti nekončící echo působení umění a jeho vzájemného prolínání.
Abstract:
The aim of the work is to show the limits of perception of photography inside the gallery institution and refer about photography as about an integral part of it a institution, its fundamental factor. The reference value of the photographic image is in relation to time a basic attribute, allowing the perception of art, even without his physical presence, allowing the society a never ending echo effect …more
