Abstract:
Absolventská práce se zabývá důvody k přijetí zákona o obětech trestných činů. Dále charakterizuje poškozeného v trestním řízení a oběť trestného činu. Vyjmenovává jejich práva a povinnosti. Další kapitola je věnována viktimologii jako vědnímu oboru. V poslední část se zabývá subjekty poskytující pomoc obětem trestných činů.
Abstract:
My theses deals with reasons that led to acceptation of the Act of criminal offence victims. It also characterizes a victim in a criminal proceeding. It states their rights and obligations. Another chapter is dedicated to victimology as a branch of study. Last part is about entities that help criminal offence victims.
