Abstract:
SnSe je polovodič s výraznými termoelektrickými vlastnostmi, který však díky své 2D povaze může být zajímavý např. i z hlediska spintroniky. Vlastnosti SnSe jsou úzce svázány s koncentrací nativních defektů (vakancí) ale také jejich interakce s dopantem. Abstract:
SnSe is semiconductor with marked thermoelectric properties. In view of its 2D nature it could be interesting also in terms of spintronics. Properties of SnSe are strongly connected with the concentration of intrinsic defects (vacancies) and with the interaction of intrinsic defects with the dopants.
