Abstract:
Práce pojednává na téma posílené spolupráce coby právního institutu vtěleného nejprve Amsterdamkou Smlouvou, poté novelizovaného Smlouvou z Nice a v tuto dobu dokončeného Lisabonskou Smlouvou. Povaha pojednání je smíšená s převahou právní argumentace. Částečné poznámky o politickém pozadí posílené spolupráce jsou též obsaženy.Abstract:
The thesis elaborates on the topic of enhanced cooperation as a legal instrument encorporated first by Treaty of Amsterdam, then amended by Treaty of Nice and at the moment finalized by Treaty of Lisbon. The character of elaboration is mixed with dominantly legal reasoning. Minor remarks about political background of the enhanced cooperation are contained too.
