Abstract:
Práce se zabývá pojmy dědictví a dědické řízení, jejich právní úpravou. Dále se zabývá jejich účelem, srovnáním účelů k zajištění ochrany těch zájmů, jak jsou definovány v občanském zákoníku a dalších právních předpisech.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the concepts of inheritance and inheritance proceedings, their legal regulation. It also deals with their purpose, comparing the purposes to ensure the protection of those interests, as defined in the Civil Code and other legislation.
