Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na biopotraviny v cukrářství. Jejím hlavním cílem bylo vlastním průzkumem zjistit cenový rozdíl mezi vybranými bio a konvenčními potravinami. Vybráno a zkoumáno bylo 40 druhů potravin, ceny byly srovnávány u zboží velkého hypermarketu a malých, specializovaných prodejen. This thesis is focused on organic foodstuffs in confectionery. The main aim of this thesis is with own survey to find out what the price difference between common raw materials and organic raw materials used in confectionery is. 40 types of raw materials were chosen and examined.
