The identification of the persons according to the outer signs

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou identifikace osob podle vnějších znaků, všech jejích aspektů a souvisejících pojmů, které jsou důležité k základnímu pochopení problematiky a jejímu možnému užití v praxi. Hlavním cílem práce je prezentovat teoretické poznatky o portrétní identifikaci osob a popsat a objasnit čtenáři základní pojmy týkající se tohoto tématu. V první, teoretické části, jsou prezentovány obecné teoretické poznatky o kriminalistické identifikaci osob, je vysvětlen pojem portrétní identifikace, její vznik a historie. Dále se práce zabývá popisem osoby a subjektivními a objektivními faktory ovlivňující popis vnějších znaků. V druhé praktické části práce jsou detailně rozebrány metody, které se používají k sestavování portrétu neznámé osoby, a rovněž je zde provedena analýza používaných softwarů. Portrétní identifikace osob je historicky nejstarší metodou identifikace osob, ale v kriminalistické praxi má stále své nezastupitelné místo.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is focused on issue of person identification based on external treats, all their aspects and related terms, which are important for understanding the issue and it’s possible use in practise. Main target of this thesis is to present theoretical knowledge about portrait identification and to describe and clarify basic terms related to this topic to the reader. General theoretical knowledge about person identification, explanation of term portrait identification as well as it’s origins and history will be presented in the first theoretical part. Next part is focused on description of a person and subjective and objective factors affecting the description of external traits. In the second, practical part, there is description of methods, which are used to create a portrait of unknown person as well as the analysis of software usable to do that. Portrait identification of people is historically oldest method of person identification and it is still irreplaceable in criminal practise.
