Comparison of Sensorial Wine Analysis Results depending on the Differentiation of Consumers
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce měla za cíl pomocí praktického experimentu zjistit, zda a jaké jsou rozdíly mezi hodnoceními organoleptických vlastností vína, při rozdělení hodnotitelů do skupin podle daných kritérií. Druhým cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda se nechají tito hodnotitelé ve svém hodnocení ovlivnit nabídnutými neověřenými či nepřesnými informacemi, pokud nebudou vědět, že jsou tyto informace nepřesné.

The main goal of this bachelor's dissertation is to find out, using a practical experiment, whether and what are the differences between the evaluations and the separation of the evaluators into groups according to the given criteria.
