Tato diplomová práce pojednává o řízení o přestupcích, jeho právní úpravě a zejména praktických problémech. Diplomová práce jednak pojednává o teoretických základech a základních pojmech a zásadách týkající se řízení o přestupku, ale též o institutech řízení o přestupku, které činí problémy správním orgánům v praxi. This diploma thesis deals with administrative delict proceeding, its legal regulation and mostly problems of legal practice. Thesis deals with theoretical bacic principles and basic terms of administrative delict proceeding, but also about its institutes, which mostly cause problems in use.
