Cílem bakalářské práce byl vývoj techniky detekce a stanovení nádorového markeru HER2 značením nanočásticemi obsahující kov a následnou identifikací pomocí metody Tag-LIBS. Vzorky byly připraveny nepřímou dvoustupňovou metodou používanou v imunocytochemii se stříbrnými a upkonverzními nanočásticemi jako značkami. Abstract:
The purpose of the bachelor thesis was the development of detection and determination method of cancer biomarker HER2 tagged by nanoparticles containing metal by Tag-LIBS technique. The samples were prepared using indirect immunocytochemistry method with silver and photon-upconversion nanoparticles as labels.
