Education and Free Time in the Selected Schools in Zlín

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá pohledem na výchovu a efektivní využití volného času, ve kterých spatřuje propojené nádoby, jenž se vzájemně ovlivňují a prolínají. Formativní role výchovy na osobnost člověka je zcela jistě nezpochybnitelná. Bakalářská práce si dovolil i zpětný pohled do historie náhledem na názory na tuto problematiku, při kterém si ověřil, že tuto skutečnost si uvědomovali již ve velmi dávné historii. Optikou sociální pedagogiky nahlíží i na smysl a charakter novodobé sociální práce, a i zde si dovolí exkurzi do minulosti, kde sleduje její vývoj od prvních charitativních a filantropických počinů až po její dnešní organizovanost a profesionální uchopení. Bakalářská práce se zabývá historií vývoje proto, že v ní spatřuje skládačku, která byla postupně utvářena a formována a umožnila dnešní podobu dané problematiky. V neposlední řadě se Bakalářská práce zabývá fenoménem volného času dnešní mladé generace, který ne vždy umí mladí lidé smysluplně využít a přetvořit na neocenitelnou hodnotu. I pro takové adolescenty jsou po celé republice nízkoprahová zařízení, ve kterých vyvíjejí snahu využít volnočasové aktivity jako stimul sociálního, psychického i mentální zrání jedince a posunout tak jeho hodnotovou orientaci. Nízkoprahová zařízení jsou otevřený prostor pro všechny zájemce, nicméně v praxi jejich služby a programy využívají především děti, které patří mezi rizikovou mládež. Posláním zařízení je povýšit volnočasové aktivity na významný socializační činitel jedince, který si jejich prostřednictvím osvojí způsoby jednání a hodnoty pro svůj budoucí život. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na konkrétní nízkoprahové zařízení v Uherském Hradišti, které vzniklo jako jedno z prvních v republice. Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou zda, po více než čtvrtstoletí svého působení, má jeho fungování ještě smysl, zda naplňuje potřeby svých uživatelů. Jak ovlivňuje jejich životy a v neposlední řade se zabývá i profesí a přístupem pracovníků, kteří v tomto nízkoprahovém zařízení pracují.

Abstract:

The bachelor's thesislooks into upbringing and effective use free time, which he interprets as connected containers, which are influencing and intertwining with each other. Shaping role of upbringing towards personality of a person is quite surely undoubtable. bachelor's thesis even took liberty of reverse view into history, looking at opinions of this issue, whence he verified, that people were aware of this truth already in distant history. Through a lens of social pedagogy he also looks at sense and character of new age social work, and here as well he allows to make excursion into history, where he monitors evolution of first charitable and filanthropic deeds until its nowaday organised a professional seizing. bachelor's thesis is engaging in history of development, because he is seeing it as jigsaw puzzle, that was incrementally formed and gave rise to nowaday form of this issue. Last but not least, bachelor's thesis is addressing the phenomena of free time of nowaday new generation, which not always the youth knows how to meaningfully spend and reshape into priceless value. For these adolescents, there are all over the republic, the low treshold oragnizations, in which is constantly put effort to use free time activities as an incentive of social, psychic and even mental maturation of an individual and shift his or hers value orientation. Low treshold organizations are open for all applicants, however in practice it is mostly children that use their programs, children that belong to at-risk youth category. Mission of these organizations is to elevate free time activities to socialization factor of an individual, whom will adopt manners of behaviour and values for his or hers future life via these activities. The bachelor's thesis focuses on specific low treshold organization in Uherské Hradiště, which was founded as one of the first organizations in the republic. The bachelor's thesis is dealing with a question, if after more than a quarter of a century of its influence, it has meaning to operate, if it fulfills the needs of its clients. How does it influence their lives and last but not least it deals with the profession and attitude of the employees, who work in this low threshold oragnization.
