Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá bezpečností platebních karet a řešením sporných transakcí. Popisuje bezpečnostní zásady pro každodenní využívání platebních karet a možnosti zabezpečení transakcí prováděných těmito kartami. Na případových studiích analyzuje nejběžnější typy podvodů s platebními kartami a navrhuje, jak jim lze zabránit.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with the issue of payment cards security and solving disputed transactions. It describes security policies for daily use of payment cards and the security of transactions made by these cards. Case studies analyze the most common types of payment card fraud and suggest how to prevent them.
