Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje soudnímu procesu Krajského soudu v Ústí nad Labem během kterého byli manželé Josef a Zdenka Dvořákovi, za ilegální převoz české emigrantky do západního Německa a za špionážní činnost, odsouzeni k 11 respektive 8 letům těžkého žaláře. Mým úkolem je popsat nejen samotný proces, ale i okolnosti jejich zatčení a věznění, a rovněž popsat jejich vlastní osoby.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis describes an Ústí nad Labem regional court's process in which spouses Josef Dvořák and Zdenka Dvořáková were sentenced to a punishment and later imprisoned for eleven respectively eight years. It happened because they illegaly transferred one Czech emigrant to the West Germany and they were also considered as spies. My task is to describe the judicial process itself as well as …more
