Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podání v rámci civilního procesu jakožto základním institutem procesního práva a zároveň nejčastějším procesním úkonem účastníků řízení. Hlavním cílem této práce je podat ucelený výklad o právní úpravě tohoto institutu. V úvodní části je pojednáno obecně o procesních úkonech, aby bylo zřejmé, kam se řadí samotný institut podání. The diploma thesis deals with the problematics of submission in civil procedure as its general legal institute and also the most common procedural act of involved parties. The main aim of this thesis is to create coherent comment on the legal regulation of this institute.
