Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu současné právní úpravy zasílatelské smlouvy a smlouvy o přepravě věci v českém právním řádu. This thesis focuses on the analysis of current legislation forwarding contract and the contract of carriage in the Czech legal order. The aim of this work is characteristic analysis and mutual comparison of these contracts.
