Business Crisis Management

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou krizové řízení podniku. Hlavním cílem této práce je provedení analýzy a zhodnocení revitalizace v podniku ASG service s. r. o. Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část pojednává o krizovém managementu z hlediska teorie. Definuje pojmy jako krize, krizový management, krizový manažer, sanace. Dále vysvětluje insolvenční zákon, symptomy "onemocnění" podniku a popisuje metody, které se využívají v případě krize v podniku. V praktické části je představena společnost, kterou jsem si pro tuto práci vybrala, se zaměřením na příčiny vzniku krize a metody, které byly při řešení krize použity. Krizové řízení je následně zanalyzované. Zhodnocena je také životaschopnost podniku před a po krizovém řízení.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with issues of business crisis management. The main objective of the thesis to evaluate a crisis and revitalisation in the company ASG service s.r.o. The thesis contains theoretic part and practical part. The theoretical part deals with crisis management from the point of view of theory. It defines terms such as crisis, crisis management, crisis manager, rescue. Also it explaines insolvency act, symptoms of "illness" of business and describes methods choosen for the thesis, with concentration on the reasons of the crisis and methods used during the crisis solution. The activities of the crisis management are analyzed and accompanied by recommendations. Also the viability of the company is analyzed before and after the crisis.
