Abstract:
Cílem práce bylo charakterizovat vybrané sacharidy. Největší pozornost byla věnována beta-glukanům a vláknině potravy. U beta-glukanů byly zjištěny stimulační účinky na imunitní systém člověka. Význam vlákniny ve výživě člověka je nezastupitelný.
Abstract:
The objective of this work is to characterize choice descriptions of sugars. The biggest attention was payed to beta-glucans and dietary fibre. Beta-glucans have stimulus effects on im-mune system of human. Meaning of dietray fibre in nutrition of human is not fungible.
