Anotace:

The diploma thesis valuates the Assessment of BATA INDIA LTD.Competitiveness. In a domestic market and analyses the factors affecting competitiveness, including determining a competitive advantage. The theoretical part explains general concept and characteristics associated with the analysis of the market position and the identification of competitiveness. Including the company’s plan, approach, past plan, and efficiency. It’s done by comparing relative price, the relative instability of the production, the efficiency of export performance. The practical part deals with the financial indicators, porter’s model, environmental analysis. Based on the results of analyses, recommendation and proposals will be formulated to strengthen the company’s competitive position on the domestic market.
