Předložený text se venuje problematice daňových úniků v České republice. The presented text deals with the issue of tax evasions in Czech Republic. The aim of the thesis is to determine the areas where tax evasions can potentially happen on the basis of Czech taxation and accounting legislation, as well as to analyse the weaknesses of Czech taxation system on cases from the court practice and give advices on possible ways to reduce tax evasion numbers in Czech Republic …more
