System of lifelong education for workers of tourist information centers

Abstract:

Presented Bachelor thesis is dealing with intercultural education and lifelong learning. The aim of the work is closer to the lifelong learning of workers Tourist information centers and options available to the lifelong learning and intercultural education in the Czech Republic. Bachelor thesis is divided into a theoretical and analytical part. In the theoretical part we describe the education from the beginning of its existence, lifelong learning, intercultural education and multicultural memorandum on lifelong learning. In the analytical section we analyze programs dealing with intercultural education and lifelong learning, and the agencies associated with them. Part of the research is aimed at finding out whether there is enough of programmes relating to lifelong learning and intercultural education in the Czech Republic and assessing the views of respondents, whether they are training seminars for the staff of the tourist information centers sufficient for their practice.

Abstract:

Predložená bakalárska práca sa zaoberá celoživotným a interkultúrnym vzdelávaním. Cieľom práce je priblížiť celoživotné vzdelávanie pracovníkov informačných turistických centier a dostupné možnosti celoživotného a interkultúrneho vzdelávania v Českej republike. Bakalárska práca sa rozdeľuje na teoretickú a analytickú časť. V teoretickej časti popisujeme vzdelávanie od začiatku jeho existencie, celoživotné vzdelávanie, interkultúrne - multikultúrne vzdelávanie a memorandum o celoživotnom vzdelávaní. V analytickej časti si rozoberieme programy zaoberajúce sa celoživotným a interkultúrnym vzdelávaním a agentúry s nimi spojené. Výskumná časť je zameraná na zistenie či je dostatok programov týkajúcich sa celoživotného a interkultúrneho vzdelávania v Českej republike a vyhodnocujeme názory respondentov, či sú vzdelávacie semináre pre pracovníkov turistických informačných centier dostačujúce pre ich prax.
