Abstract:
Přítomnost fytoestrogenů v mléce je zajímavá z hlediska jejich blahodárných účinků na zdraví člověka. Fytoestrogeny například blokují nekontrolované dělení buněk a brání tak vzniku nádorů. Abstract:
The presence of phytoestrogens in milk is interesting in terms of their beneficial effects on human health. For example, phytoestrogens block the uncontrolled cell division and prevents the formation of tumors. It also operates as antiangiogenic agents.
