Abstract:

Abstrakt Název: Fyzioterapie u syndromu bolestivého ramene Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce, která se zabývá rehabilitací syndromu bolestivého ramene, konkrétně časté ruptury rotátorové manžety u volejbalistů, je poukázat na možnosti fyzioterapie a přispět svými poznatky a zkušenostmi k řešení této diagnózy. Metodika: V hlavní části práce je popsána kazuistika vyšetřením, pozorováním a měřením probanda. Byl proveden vstupní kineziologický rozbor, po té stanoven krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Dále je popsáno 12 terapií a na konci proveden výstupní kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě vytvořen dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Intervence byla zaměřena hlavně na obnovu rozsahu pohybu a navrácení svalové síly po operačním řešení ruptury rotátorové manžety. K tomu bylo využito různých metod a konceptů, hlavně ACT (Akrální koaktivační terapie), PNF (Proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitace), taktéž mobilizační a myofasciální techniky a také analytické cvičební metody. Výsledky: V závěru byly vyhodnoceny dosažené výsledky a shrnuta spolupráce s probandem. Došlo ke zlepšení rozsahu pohybu a svalové síly v pravém ramenním kloubu, ke zlepšení držení krční páteře a hlavy a v neposlední řadě k ústupu bolestí při zátěži a také k navrácení ke sportovní činnosti. Závěr: Tato bakalářská práce přednesla nové teoretické i praktické poznatky o problematice ruptury rotátorové manžety, autorka přispěla k terapii probanda a dosáhla tak vytyčeného cíle.

Abstract:

Abstract The name: Physiotherapy of a painful shoulder syndrome The aim: The aim of this bachelor´s thesis, which deals with rehabilitation of a painful shoulder syndrome, concretely with a frequent rupture of a rotator cuff in volleyball players, is to show different possibilities of rehabilitation and to assist with my piece of knowledge and experience to the solution of this diagnosis. Methodology: The main part of the thesis describes casuistry by check-ups, observation and measuring of a proband. A kinesiology entrance analysis was made, next set a short-term physiotherapy plan. Then there are described 12 different therapies and a kinesiology output check-up analysis was made in the end, on which basis was made a long-term physiotherapy plan. The intervention was focused mainly on the recovery of the movement range and muscle strength after the operation of the rotator cuff rupture. To achieve this different methods and concepts were used, mainly ACT (Acral Coactivation Therapy), PNF (Proprioceptative Neuromuscular Facilitation), as well as mobilization and myofascial techniques and also analytic exercise methods. Results: In the end the achieved results were evaluated and the cooperation with the proband was summarised. Movement range and muscle strength in the right shoulder joint were improved, as well as the neck spine posture and last but not least there was a reduction of pain during stress and also return back to the sport activities. Conclusion: This bachelor´s thesis presented new theoretical and a practical piece of knowledge in the issue of a rotator cuff rupture, the author has helped the proband´s therapy and so reached the set target.
