Tato práce slouží ke zjištění efektivnosti provozování center společných služeb, tedy projektu Svazu měst a obcí České republiky, prostřednictvím dobrovolných svazků obcí, které je zavedly a aktuálně jsou ve zkušební době. Abstract:
This work serves to find out the effectiveness of running Common Service Centres, which means the project of the Union of Towns and Municipalities, through Voluntary Mergers of Municipalities that have introduced them and currently they are in trial period. It examines their prosperity and usefulness in practice. The thesis summarizes and evaluates the opinions of managers of the selected mergers. …more
