Vision and corresponding setting of company strategy

Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vizí rozvoje firmy Medsol s.r.o. a související úpravou podnikové strategie s cílem nastavení efektivních a fungujících procesů, které tyto vize pomohou uskutečnit. Celý tento záměr bude vycházet z rešerší z aktuální literatury týkající se našeho tématu, které budou zpracovány v teoretické části. Dále bude vycházet z analýz a dotazníků a jejich vyhodnocení., které budou zpracovány v části praktické. Informace získané v obou částech diplomové práce budou základem pro finální návrh kompletní nové podnikové strategie firmy Medsol s.r.o.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the vision of the development of Medsol s.r.o. and the related modification of the corporate strategy in order to set up effective and functioning processes that will help to realize these visions. This whole project will be based on the research of current literature related to our topic, which will be elaborated in the theoretical part. It will also be based on analyses and questionnaires and their evaluation, which will be elaborated in the practical part. The information obtained in both parts of the thesis will be the basis for the final proposal of a complete new corporate strategy of Medsol s.r.o.
