V této bakalářské práci se snažím komplexně osvětlit problematiku běžného účtu jako závazkového právního vztahu. Také se zabývám podstatnými náležitostmi vzniku, změny či zániku smlouvy o běžném účtu. In this Bachelor thesis I am trying to explain the complex problems of the current account as a legal obligation related. It also deals with the essential requirements of a creation, change or termination of a current account.
