Attack of an Active Attacker in the Building of the Labor Office in Rychnov nad Kněžnou

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje problematice aktivních útočníků. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, jimiž jsou teoretická a praktická část. Teoretická část seznamuje čtenáře s vybranými základními pojmy dotýkajícími se dané problematiky. Dále pak poukazuje na vybrané útoky aktivních útočníků v zahraničí, ale i v České republice. Teoretická část je dále ve svém závěru zaměřena na postup jednotlivých složek Integrovaného záchranného sytému ČR ve spojitosti s útokem aktivního útočníka a seznamuje čtenáře s doporučujícím stanoviskem, jak by se měl každý, kdo se ocitne v této nelehké situaci zachovat. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu útoku aktivního útočníka ve vybraném objektu. Tímto objektem byla zvolena budova Úřadu práce v obci Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Formou metod analýzy rizik je zde zkoumáno zabezpečení budovy a připravenost zaměstnanců úřadu na případný útok aktivního útočníka. Závěrem praktické části této práce je navrženo několik bezpečnostních opatření pro vybraný objekt.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of the active attackers, The thesis is dividend into two parts, the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part introduce the selected basic concepts related to the issue. It also highlights selected attacks of acticve attackers abroad and in the Czech Republic. The conclusion of the theoretical part focuses on the procedure of the individual components of the Integrated Rescue System of the Czech Republic in connection with an attack of an active attacker and introduces the advisory opinion on how everyone who finds himself in this dificult situation should behave. The partical part analyses an attack of an active attacker in a selected facility. For my thesis I have chosen the building of the Labour Office in the municipality of Rychnov nad Kněžnou. Using risk analysis methods I examine the security of the building and the preparedness of the work staff to a possible attack of an active attacker. At the and of the practical part of this thesis. I propose several security measures for this selected facility.
