Abstract:
Cílem této bakalářské práce je provést komplexní rozbor užívacích vztahů k pozemkům, speciálně zemědělským. Zhodnocení užívacích vztahů bude provedeno z pohledu zákona č.89/2012 Sb., Nový občanský zákoník v komparaci s již neúčinným zákonem č.40/1964 Sb., Občanský zákoník. The aim of this thesis is to conduct a comprehensive analysis enjoyment of land, especially agricultural. Evaluation of the enjoyment relationships to be done from the perspective of the new Civil Code, in comparison with the inefficient Civil Code.
