Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku interrupcí. Nejdříve vysvětluje rozdíl mezi samotným pojmem interrupce a potrat. Poté se zabývá právní úpravou této oblasti, a to jak v kontextu historickém, tak současném. This master´s thesis deals with the topic of abortion, or more precisely with artificial abortion. First, it explains the difference between an artificial abortion and an abortion. It then looks at the legal regulation of this area in both a historical and current context.
