Domestic violence

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává o domácím násilí, což je jeden z častých negativních společenských jevů ohrožující celou společnost. Cílem této práce je informovat o možnostech prevence domácího násilí v rámci rodiny a školy a současně seznamuje s činností orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí týkající se této problematiky. Úvodní část práce se zaměřuje na podstatu násilí v rodině, což je jev, který provází lidstvo po celou dobu jeho historie. Je zde zmíněna funkce rodiny, její význam v historii i v dnešní době. Práce charakterizuje pojem domácí násilí, jeho průběh a formy. Pozornost je věnována příčinám vzniku násilí, aktérům a konkrétním ohroženým skupinám. Závěrečná část práce se zaměřuje na následky domácího násilí, prevenci v rodině a škole. Současně poukazuje na činnost orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí formou rozhovoru se sociální pracovnicí a vybraných kazuistik, které orgány sociálně-právní ochrany dětí řeší.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis deals about domestic violence, which is one of the frequent negative social phenomena threatening the whole of society. The aim of this writing is to inform about the prevention of domestic violence in the family and schools and also introduces the activities of authorities, child protection regarding this issue. Introductory part focuses on the essence of family violence, a phenomenon which mankind throughout its history. There is mention of family function, family meaning in history and today. Writing describes the concept of domestic violence, its course and forms. Attention is paid to the causes of creation the violence, actors and specific vulnerable groups. The final part focuses on the results of domestic violence and prevention at school and at home. At the same time highlights the work of social and legal protection of children as an interview with a social worker and case studies selected which solves child protection.
