Abstract:
Jako téma své diplomové práce jsem si vybral rekonstrukci trestného činu. Rekonstrukce trestného činu, patří mezi zvláštní způsoby dokazování, upravené v hlavě páté trestního řádu. Rekonstrukci můžeme chápat ze dvou pohledů. Jednak jako důkazní prostředek zakotvený v trestním řádu a jako kriminalistickou metodu. As the topic of my thesis I chose the reconstruction of the crime. Reconstruction of the crime, belongs to special ways of proving , which is modified in the fifth chapter of criminal code.We can understand the reconstruction from two points of view.
