Ve své práci rozebírám hry Louise Petersona Take a Giant Step a Lorraine Hansberry A Raisin in the Sun. Zabývám se jejich vztahem k hnutí za lidská práva a tím, jak zobrazují postavení Afroameričanů ve Spojených státech v 50.letech 20.století.
Abstract:
In my thesis I discuss Louis Peterson's Take a Giant Step and Lorraine Hansberry's A Raisin in the Sun. I examine the relation of these plays to the Civil Rights movement and how they depict the position of blacks in the 1950s in the US.
