Outsourcing of accounting non-profit organization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Outsourcing účetnictví neziskové organizace se zaměřuje na problematiku outsourcingu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část obsahuje dvě kapitoly. V první kapitole je vysvětlena podstata outsourcingu se zaměřením na specifikaci outsourcingu vedení účetnictví. Jsou objasněny hlavní výhody a nevýhody přijetí externě poskytované služby. Druhá kapitola pojednává o neziskových organizacích s důrazem na obecně prospěšné společnosti. Vysvětluje i jednotlivé režimy účetnictví a daňové hledisko, kterým se obecně prospěšné společnosti řídí. V praktické části jsou naznačeny principy fungování společností poskytujících vedení účetnictví na příkladu účetní kanceláře HVK, v.o.s. Poslední kapitola pojednává o specifických faktorech vedení účetnictví neziskové organizace na příkladu České asociace streetwork, o.p.s., která se zabývá nízkoprahovými službami. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou vyhodnoceny stanovené cíle.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis on topic Outsourcing of accounting non-profit organization focuses on the issue of outsourcing. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains two chapters. The first chapter explains the essence of outsourcing focused on the specification of outsourcing of accounting. There are explained the main advantages and disadvantages of the adoption of outsourced services. The second chapter deals with non-profit organizations with an emphasis on public benefit corporation. It also explains the various modes of accounting and tax point of view, which is a public benefit corporation governed. In the practical part are outlined principles for the functioning of companies providing bookkeeping for example accounting office HVK, v.o.s. The last chapter discusses the specific factors of accounting non-profit organizations using the example of the Czech streetwork association, o.p.s., dealing with low-threshold services. At the end of bachelor thesis are evaluated objectives.
