Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou bezdůvodného obohacení, a to především ve světle judikatury Nejvyššího soudu České republiky. Je založena na aktuálních poznatcích právní teorie a praxe Nejvyššího soudu. Při rešerši judikatury Nejvyššího soudu jsou preferována rozhodnutí vztahující se k obchodněprávním vztahům. Abstract:
This thesis deals with issues of unjust enrichment, as considered by the Supreme Court of the Czech Republic. It is based on the current theoretical knowledge and the practice of the Supreme Court to identify its basic theoretical issues and approaches to unjust enrichment (preferably in the business contracts).
