The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the parliamentary scrutiny in the EU multi-level governance system. Hlavným cieľom práce je analyzovať parlamentnú kontrolu systéme multi-level governance EU. Práca analyzuje formálne nastavenie kontrolných právomocí Parlamentu ČR a zameriava sa jednak na parlamentnú kontrolu návrhov legislatívnych aktov Európskej komisie prostredníctvom testov subsidiarity a taktiež parlamentnú kontrolu rozhodovania v Rade prostredníctvom kontroly národnej vlády.
