The Třeboň region and Třeboň mows in the course of time

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce na téma Třeboňsko a třeboňské seníky v čase má za cíl pomocí starých a soudobých map zhodnotit, jak seníky měnily počet a svou polohu v průběhu let. Seníky se také staly díky různým politickým (zejména v době socialismu) a přírodním vlivům jakousi obětí času a jejich počet se z původních 100 seníků v 19. století omezil na dnešních 20. Teoretická část pojednává o příčinách a důvodech, proč seníky v průběhu času mění svou polohu a pomalu se přesouvají na jiné místo. Mimo jiné se věnuje vzniku a využívání seníků v minulosti a dnešní době. Praktická část se zabývá současným stavem Mokrých luk a jejími perspektivami do budoucna.

Abstract:

This thesis written on the topic of „Třeboňsko region and the mows of Třeboň meadows throughout the time“ is intended to evaluate, basedrelying on old and recent maps, how these structures, have changed their number and location throughout the years. These „seníky“ have been victims to various political (mostly during the communist era) and natural factors, and their numbers have dwindled because of this, from the initial almost 60 stuctures in 19th century, to just 20 today. The theoretical part of this work deals with the different causes and reasons, as to why these structures have been relocating in the course of years, and slowly moving to a different location. Other than that, it also looks at the creationorigin and use of these structures in the past, and today. The practical part rewiews the current state of the „Mokrá luka“ area and its outlook for the future.
