Abstract:
Cílem práce je zjistit dynamiku v zahraničních restaurací za poslední dva roky, a to konkrétně v italských. Autor chce zjistit, co se v restauracích za poslední dva roky dělo, jaká je jejich nabídka a jejich klientela. V teoretické části se práce zabývá italskou kuchyní jako takovou. Abstract:
The aim of the work is to find out the dynamics in foreign restaurants for the last two years, specifically in the Italian ones. The author wants to find out what has happened in the restaurants in the last two years, what their offer is and what their clientele is. The theoretical part deals with Italian cuisine as such.
