Abstract:
Diplomová práca sa zameriava na oblasť starostlivosti o pracovníkov a vyzdvihuje práva a povinnosti zamestnanca a zamestnávateľa. Cieľom práce je aplikácia zistených teoretických poznatkov na vybraný podnik v praxi. Na základe takto zistených poznatkov sú v závere navrhnuté odporúčania na zlepšenie starostlivosti o pracovníkov vo firme Tesla Stropkov, a.s.
