Abstract:

Hlavatá, K. Podnikatelský plán na založení coffee trucku „Přes den kafe, večer víno“. Bakalářská práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2024. Cílem bakalářské práce je sepsat a předložit komplexní podnikatelský plán na založení a provoz kavárny v Pardubickém kraji. V literární rešerši bude přiblížen význam podnikatelského plánu včetně jeho hlavních oblastí. Vymezené teoretické aspekty následně vytvoří základ pro další části práce. Metodika práce bude zahrnovat zpracování sekundárních a pri-márních dat. Součástí analytické části práce bude zpracovaná studie proveditel-nosti, skládající se z analýzy vnějšího a vnitřního prostředí, analýzy vstupů a vý-stupů, zhodnocení kritických míst a finančního rozpočtu. Zpracované analýzy vy-ústí v komplexní realizovatelný podnikatelský plán.

Hlavatá, K. The business plan for establishing a coffee truck “Přes den kafe, večer víno”. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University, 2024. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to write and present a comprehensive busi-ness plan for the establishment and operation of a café in the Pardubice region. In the literature search the importance of the business plan will be present-ed including its main areas. The defined theoretical aspects will then form the basis for the other parts of the thesis. The methodology of the thesis will include the processing of secondary and primary data. The analytical part of the thesis will include a feasibility study consisting of an analysis of the external and inter-nal environment, an analysis of inputs and outputs, an assessment of critical points and financial budget. The analyses will result in a comprehensive feasible business plan.
